Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose) The purpose of these terms is to prescribe the conditions and procedures for using the academic data analysis and search services provided by KOINEU (the ‘Site’).

Article 2 (Nature of Content)

1. All paper summaries, analysis reports, and translation data provided on the Site are reference materials generated using AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology.
2. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. Users must verify important information against the original source (e.g., ArXiv).

Article 3 (Intellectual Property)

1. The copyright for analysis reports and summaries generated by the Site belongs to the Site.
2. The copyright for quoted original papers remains with the respective authors and original service providers (e.g., ArXiv).
3. Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, or distribute the Site’s content without prior consent.

Article 4 (User Obligations) Users are responsible for all consequences arising from their use of the service and must not interfere with the Site’s operation or harm others.

Article 5 (Limitation of Liability) The Site is not responsible for service interruptions or data loss caused by natural disasters, maintenance, or system errors.

Addendum These terms shall be effective from March 8, 2026.
